Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location. The following are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or exceptional circumstances beyond our control:
- Thailand: 3–5 business days
- Asia: 7–14 business days
- Europe: 10–20 business days
- North America: 10–20 business days
- Rest of the world: 15–30 business days
If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated timeframe, please contact us before filing a dispute — we will investigate promptly.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the total weight of your order. Any applicable free shipping thresholds will be displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email address. You can use this number to track your package in real time through the carrier's website. If you have not received your tracking number within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact us at contact@mini-drones.com.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
Mini-Drones.com operates on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis for all international orders. All customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are included in the price you pay at checkout — there are no hidden charges upon delivery. What you see is what you pay, regardless of your destination country.
Incorrect Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete at the time of ordering. Mini-Drones.com cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at contact@mini-drones.com — we will do our best to update the address before dispatch.
Failed Delivery & Returned Packages
If a delivery attempt fails and the package is returned to us (e.g., due to an uncollected parcel, incorrect address, or refusal of delivery), we will notify you by email. You will have the option to:
- Have the package reshipped at your expense
- Receive a refund of the product cost, minus the original shipping fees
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If you experience any issues with your delivery — lost package, significant delay beyond the maximum estimated timeframe, or damaged shipment upon arrival — please contact us at contact@mini-drones.com with your order number and tracking information. We will open an investigation with the carrier and do our best to resolve the situation promptly.
Please note: packages are considered lost only after 30 days from the dispatch date (or 45 days for remote destinations). We are unable to process claims before this period has elapsed.
Unserviceable Destinations
We ship to most countries worldwide. However, some remote areas or destinations subject to international sanctions may not be serviceable. If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified and fully refunded.
