Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)

We operate on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis for all international orders. This means that all customs duties, import taxes (VAT/GST), and clearance fees are included in the price displayed at checkout. You will not be asked to pay any additional fees upon delivery.

Returns & Customs

In the event of a return, please note that international return shipments may be subject to customs duties or import fees in Thailand. These costs are the responsibility of the sender and are non-refundable. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
