RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After this period, return requests will not be accepted. European Union customers are entitled to a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer law — we extend this to 30 days for all customers worldwide as a courtesy.

Eligibility Conditions To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In their original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

How to Start a Return Contact us at contact@mini-drones.com before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, ship the item to:

Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items (see below). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Please note that international returns may be subject to customs duties or import fees — these are the responsibility of the sender and are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@mini-drones.com with:

  • Clear photographs of the damaged or defective item
  • Clear photographs of the packaging as received

Claims submitted without photographic evidence cannot be processed. For validated claims, return shipping costs are fully covered by us.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
  • Gift cards

Exchanges We don't process direct exchanges. To get a different item, simply return your original purchase and place a new order — we'll process your refund as soon as we receive and inspect the return.

Refund Processing Once your return is received, it will be inspected within 3 business days. You will be notified of the outcome by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
