Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Thailand: 3–5 business days
  • Asia: 7–14 business days
  • Europe: 10–20 business days
  • North America: 10–20 business days
  • Rest of the world: 15–30 business days

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! Mini-Drones.com ships to over 200 countries worldwide. We are committed to making our products accessible to drone enthusiasts everywhere.

Are there any customs duties, import taxes, or shipping fees?

No hidden fees. At Mini-Drones.com, we operate on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. All customs duties, import taxes (VAT/GST), and shipping costs are fully covered by us. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay — no surprise charges upon delivery. Please refer to our Customs & Duties Information page for full details.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email address. You can use this number to track your package in real time through the carrier’s website. If you have not received your tracking number within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact us at contact@mini-drones.com.

Can I change my delivery address?

If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing your order, contact us immediately at contact@mini-drones.com. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch. Once shipped, address changes are no longer possible.

Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at contact@mini-drones.com.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Our store uses SSL/TLS encryption and industry-standard security protocols to protect your personal and payment information at all times. We do not store your card details.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all products from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. How long does a refund take?

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected within 3 business days. Approved refunds are then issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us.

I received a damaged or incorrect item — what should I do?

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@mini-drones.com with clear photographs of the damaged item and its packaging. For validated claims, return shipping costs are fully covered by us.

Do your drones come with a warranty?

Yes. All Mini-Drones.com products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to the individual product page for specific warranty details.

Do I need a license to fly a drone?
