By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, or product unavailability. In such cases, you will be notified promptly and any payment received will be fully refunded.

3. Products

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice. All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible. Minor variations may occur due to screen display differences.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.

5. Payment

Payment must be completed in full before your order is processed and shipped. We accept payment methods as listed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through our payment providers — we do not store your card details.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only — we cannot be held liable for carrier delays beyond our control.

Regarding customs duties and import taxes: while we strive to offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) pricing where possible, customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees may apply depending on your country's regulations and are the responsibility of the recipient unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout. 7. Returns & Refunds

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mini-Drones.com shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. EU consumers retain all mandatory rights granted under the laws of their country of residence, which cannot be waived by these Terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.

However, if you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence, which apply regardless of this governing law clause (in accordance with EU Regulation Rome I).

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
